What is our returns policy?
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with each of our products. However, if you wish to return an item, we can accept it quickly, making this process easy. You have the right to return the products you purchased, free of charge, and within 10 working days from the date you receive them. Returns are only accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, that is, in their original packaging, without having been unsealed or tampered with. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products. It is noted that it is your sole responsibility to maintain the products in good condition for return. Before returning the product, you must contact us to inform us by phone +30 6940770031 (business hours) and by e-mail at chilelisauce@gmail.com. Your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products. What about shipping costs on returns?
Please note that packaging and shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is necessary due to our error, we will gladly cover the cost of returning and shipping the correct product.
What is the cancellation policy?
In case you complete an order via credit card but wish to cancel it, you can request it within 24 hours of placing the order by calling +30 6940770031 or sending a relevant email to chilelisauce@gmail.com.
