Payment agreement

You agree to pay for all products you purchase and chileli.com is authorized to bill the selected payment method for any products purchased, and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and additional fees, as applicable) associated with your Account. You are responsible for the timely payment of all amounts and for the valid payment method for all amounts. All amounts will be billed to the payment method indicated during the registration process. If you wish to indicate a different payment method or if there is a change in your details, you must change them online. (There may be a temporary interruption of your access to the service until we verify the validity of the new details).
Electronic signatures and contracts

Payment methods
chileli.com accepts credit cards, bank deposit and cash on delivery as forms of payment. Your credit card will be charged before the products are shipped.
Purchases from chileli.com will include any applicable tax and at the sales tax rate in effect at the time of purchase. If the sales tax rate changes before the product is purchased, the new tax rate will apply at the time of purchase. No customer is eligible for tax exemptions for purchases made from chileli.com.

Enforcing Terms of Service
chileli.com reserves the right to take such measures as it deems reasonably necessary or appropriate to enforce and/or monitor compliance with any part of this agreement (including but not limited to chileli.com's right to cooperate with any legal process regarding your use of the service and/or products, and/or a third party's claim that your use of the service and/or products is unlawful and/or infringes the rights of such third party). You agree that chileli.com has the right, without liability, to disclose any of your registration details and/or account information to the Authorities, government officials, and/or a third party, if it deems it reasonably necessary or appropriate to enforce and/or monitor compliance with any part of this agreement.
